How to Join

Affiliation in a congregation offers you the indispensable key to Jewish identity. We welcome members of the Jewish faith and their families to become part of our congregational family. B’nai Israel is the oldest Reform synagogue in Texas having been founded in 1868. Since its opening, the Temple has been committed to freedom of expression of both pulpit and pew. In all these years we have continued our devotion to these ideals, alongside our commitment to the Jewish people, Jewish learning and service to humankind. We are built on a foundation of God, Torah and Israel and invite you to join us in strengthening that foundation.
