B’nai Israel conducts a Sunday morning educational program for youngsters from the ages of four through high school.  In as much as B’nai Israel is affiliated with the Union for Reform Judaism, our school uses the curriculum of the Reform movement.  As a part of the program, the Temple sponsors a teachers’ aide program for teens.

In addition to the core curriculum in English, there is a Hebrew program that culminates in preparation for a bar/bat mitzvah.

B’nai Israel also supports a National Federation of Temple Youth group called GIFTY.  Made up of youngster from age thirteen through high school, several programs take place each year including educational trips sponsored by the Fannie and Paul Lipnick Educational Fund.
